Barker's Pet Service provides professional personalized dog walking and pet sitting for working professionals and busy families. I have worked to create awesome experiences for dogs as well as  all manner of critters. By treating each pet like my own furry family member and each pet parent like a friend, making life better for pets and their people. 

For over 20 years I have worked with animal shelters and dog rescue organizations.  I help to rescue and rehabilitate dogs who have been neglected & discarded, to help them become both physically and emotionally healthy so they can find their forever families.   In my opinion, dogs have the purest form of love — it’s unconditional. Dogs don't care how you look, what kind of car you drive or where you come from. Their ability to find joy in the simplest of things: romping in the snow, a car ride with an open window, a butt scratch. And it is this reason alone I have chosen to dedicate my time to working with dogs.  

But I am not just a pet specialist, I also know pet parents and know what’s important to them: giving their furry family members the very best in terms of love and care. Sometimes things like work and travel can get in the way. That’s why Barker's Pet Service comes to the rescue. From dog walking to pet sitting, over-night doggie slumber parties to just plain old sitting and petting , I offer everything the home alone dog would like.
